I recently had the pleasure of working with Maria Kritikos for a home purchase in Quebec while still living in Ontario, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Maria went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The long-distance nature of my home search did not cause the challenges that I had feared, as she happily conducted multiple viewings on my behalf, sending detailed pictures and videos of each property. We did video calls to give me a real-time, firsthand view of the homes when necessary. Her eye for detail and thoroughness made me feel as if I was right there viewing the homes by myself, which gave me the confidence to make well-informed decisions from afar.

Additionally, Maria’s excellent knowledge of the cities and neighbourhoods helped me choose the right location that met my needs.

She brilliantly suggested including some of the current owner’s household items in most of our offers, which proved to be incredibly helpful when I eventually moved into the home we bought, as I was able to avoid the cost of transporting similar items from Ontario or purchasing new ones in Quebec. She even recommended a fantastic notary who made the closing process seamless. What made this extra satisfactory for me was that it seems fate brought us together! She was the only one to have responded to the random, unsolicited message that I sent to multiple realtors to ask them to work with me!
