I recently had the pleasure of working with Maria Kritikos for a home purchase in Quebec while still living in Ontario, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Maria went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The long-distance nature of my home search did not cause the challenges that I had feared, as she happily conducted multiple viewings on my behalf, sending detailed pictures and videos of each property. We did video calls to give me a real-time, firsthand view of the homes when necessary.
